You will partner with technology, finance, and compliance leaders to deliver scalable, automated, and audit-ready processes across key business areas such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report. This role plays a critical part in enabling “compliance by design” and strengthening enterprise control maturity.

What You’ll Do

- Lead design and implementation of embedded controls, workflow governance, and audit-ready ERP processes

- Align SAP configuration and system design with SOX/SOC control requirements and business process controls

- Drive compliance architecture for master data governance (Simple MDG), ensuring auditability and end-to-end control coverage

- Lead integration of compliance frameworks across ERP and adjacent platforms within V4 and enterprise programs

- Design and implement automation strategies for approvals, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit trails

- Integrate ERP systems with GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow IRM, SAP GRC) to support continuous monitoring and control testing

- Provide architectural guidance to cross-functional ERP, data, and platform teams for compliance-driven decision making

- Lead governance reviews, resolve complex cross-domain issues, and advise executive stakeholders on risk and trade-offs

- Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.

Basic Requirements

- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 13+ years of relevant experience

- 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, ERP transformation, or IT compliance roles

- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations in enterprise environments

- Strong experience with master data governance (MDG), including customer, vendor, and material domains

- Deep expertise in SOX, SOC, ITGCs, and business process controls

- Experience integrating ERP platforms with GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow IRM, SAP GRC)

- Proven experience designing and implementing compliance-by-design frameworks in ERP systems

- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs and influencing senior stakeholders

Preferred Skills / Experience

- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries

- Strong understanding of automation strategies for compliance and audit readiness

- Experience driving enterprise-wide standardization of controls and governance frameworks.
