Job description

A career as a Senior Employee Data and AI Automation Analyst within the Employee Experience and Performance team at National Bank means contributing to transforming how HR data is made accessible and used.

Your expertise in data and automation will enable you to make a dual impact: developing secure and scalable automation solutions that empower our partners, while leveraging data to generate insights and accelerate value creation.

Your role

- Act as a citizen developer and contribute to advancing data-sharing and self-service practices within the team.

- Create, test and deploy automated solutions to simplify employees’ work and optimize analytical processes.

- Generate business value through the responsible and thoughtful use of technology and AI.

- Act as an analyst by designing, developing and enhancing reports, dashboards, analyses and analytical solutions that meet our partners’ needs.

- Support stakeholders in defining their needs, interpreting data and identifying the most appropriate solutions.

Your team

Within the Employee Experience and Performance sector, you will be part of an HR Analytics and Systems team of approximately 30 colleagues, including data engineers, data scientists, analysts and analytics partners. You will report to the Senior Director, Analytics.

We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to support your quality of life, including a hybrid work model and a flexible schedule.

The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility. Our personalized training programs, based on learning through experience, enable you to strengthen your expertise and develop new areas of knowledge. Resources such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center, as well as coaching and mentoring, are available to support your development.

Prerequisites

- Have relevant education or training and three to five years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence and reporting.

- Experience in a human resources-related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Center or a comparable tool is preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in application development, process transformation and the design of high-impact automated solutions.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Power Platform, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or other tools with integrated generative AI capabilities, such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini or GitHub.

- Ability to manage recurring activities and transformation initiatives simultaneously.
