Combining strategic talent development expertise, a strong advisory posture, and advanced proficiency in learning technologies, this individual defines, designs, and deploys skills development strategies, programs, and learning paths aligned with business priorities and evolving job functions.

A true builder, innovator, and transformation partner, they will lead the evolution of the training function into a high-performing, structured, and scalable center of expertise and services. In particular, they will leverage the advanced use and optimization of Workday Learning, instructional innovation, and continuous process improvement to deliver a modern, accessible, and high-value learning experience.

Working in close collaboration with the management and HR Business Partners, they will act as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert in identifying development needs, orchestrating talent and succession development plans, and supporting organizational development initiatives. They will also establish key indicators to measure initiative effectiveness, skills progression, and their direct impact on organizational performance.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

- Croesus Campus Leadership: Lead and expand the reach of the Croesus Campus as a high-performing center of expertise and services. Develop and evolve the training catalog, learning paths, and operational processes.

- Instructional Strategy and Design: Develop and deploy skills development strategies aligned with Croesus’ business priorities, while designing innovative learning solutions (digital and AI-integrated). Build competency frameworks, training programs, and tailored learning paths for various job families.

- Workday Learning Expertise (LMS): Oversee the configuration, optimization, and functional evolution of the Workday Learning platform.

- Key Talent and Succession: Orchestrate, in collaboration with managers and HRBPs, the governance, execution, and follow-up of development plans and targeted pathways to accelerate competency acquisition.

- Performance and Continuous Improvement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program adoption, learning transfer, and concrete contributions to organizational performance.
