Job description
Position Summary: The Finance Manager – Dunes acts as the primary finance business partner to the Dunes businesses. The role focuses on improving financial visibility, strengthening cost discipline, and identifying value creation opportunities. This is an operationally embedded role, not a corporate or transactional finance position. The expectation is to work closely with commercial and operational teams, challenge assumptions, and bring clarity to financial performance. Job Status:

Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the dedicated finance partner to the Dunes leadership team, supporting day-to-day and strategic decision-making
- Own financial reporting for the Dunes businesses, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and relevance of information
- Identify and drive value creation opportunities, with a strong focus on cost structure, margins, and operational efficiency
- Improve cost visibility and discipline, leveraging cost accounting expertise to enhance decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes
- Translate financial results into clear insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and required actions
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to evaluate pricing, profitability, and investment decisions
- Strengthen financial processes and controls where needed, without adding unnecessary complexity
- Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as required by business leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields required.
- Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics preferred.
Experience / Skills / Abilities:
- Strong business partnering mindset, able to work closely with non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to challenge constructively and hold teams accountable without creating friction
- Focus on practical outcomes, not just analysis
- Ability to operate in environments where processes may not be fully structured
- Balance between detail orientation and speed
Job Expectations / Working Conditions:
- Must be willing to travel to multiple US and ex-US locations as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Role is based in Yuma Arizona
