Responsibilities

- Administer equity transactions, including restricted stock unit (RSU) releases and new equity award grants, in accordance with SOX controls, while maintaining complete and accurate documentation

- Reconcile equity award activity across company, broker, and transfer agent records on an ongoing basis

- Support SOX compliance, quarterly reviews, and year-end audits by collaborating with internal and external auditors and the global Finance team

- Develop employee communications and educational materials to help participants understand the equity program and the value of their awards

- Provide timely, accurate support to employees, management, and other stakeholders on equity plan questions

- Assist with preparing and filing SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5 and supporting proxy statement disclosures, as needed

- Support the maintenance of the Workday–Shareworks integration, including monitoring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in equity administration or equity compensation consulting

- General knowledge of GAAP accounting, payroll processes, and basic taxation principles

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with the Shareworks equity administration platform

- Knowledge of applicable SEC regulations, Section 16 reporting requirements, and trading window administration

- Completion of Level 1 or higher of the Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
