Job description

Plot twist: you can fit a job that makes you smile into your actual life. 😎

Whether you’re a student, a parent, a career-changer, or someone who just wants work that doesn’t feel like work, our Matawan team has a spot for you. You’ll work one-on-one with kids through fun, play-based ABA therapy, helping them build communication, social, and life skills, one giggle and one breakthrough at a time.

🎈 What You’ll Do

- Play, teach, and cheer through personalized one-on-one sessions

- Celebrate every win, from “first word” to “first time sharing the Play-Doh”

- Track progress and team up with a supportive clinical crew

- Make a real difference for local kids and families

🧁 Why Part-Time Here Hits Different

- Flexible, part-time hours that work with school, family, or your other gigs

- Competitive pay that reflects your skills and growth

- Paid training and mentorship, so you’re never figuring it out alone

- A team that feels like family (the one that brings snacks)

- Room to grow toward full-time, BCBA, and beyond, if you want it

✅ You Might Be Our Person If You…

- Bring energy, patience, and a big heart

- Love working with kids (and laughing at their jokes, even the repeat ones)

- Are RBT-certified, or are willing to get certified (we’ll help!)

- Want meaningful work that fits your schedule
