Our teams bring together media, omnichannel strategy, analytics, CRM, creative, influencer, technology, and engagement expertise to design connected customer experiences that drive business outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem.

The Senior Group Director, Client Media Solutions is an executive portfolio leader responsible for advancing strategic innovation, client growth, and operational excellence across high-value pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences relationships. This role shapes the direction of the Client Experience function, leads enterprise-level solutions, and brings together teams and capabilities to deliver connected HCP and DTC customer experiences.

This is a hybrid role based in any of our U.S. offices, including New York, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville, or working remotely within the U.S., depending on team and business needs.

What You’ll Do

- Set benchmarks for Client Experience Media and lead enterprise-level strategies and capabilities that advance HCP, patient, caregiver, and DTC engagement.

- Serve as executive sponsor across high-value client portfolios, anticipating risk, resolving complex challenges, and leading client discussions across strategy, delivery, innovation, and growth.

- Lead upsell, cross-sell, organic growth, and new business efforts by combining Real Chemistry’s media, analytics, CRM, technology, creative, and omnichannel capabilities into differentiated solutions.

- Shape the strategic direction of the function and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve delivery, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and market visibility.

- Stay ahead of the competitive landscape, emerging platforms, healthcare media trends, and customer engagement innovation to bring new ideas and capabilities to clients.

- Oversee the financial health of a large client portfolio, including scopes of work, budgets, MSAs, revenue, margin, utilization, staffing, and commercial performance.

- Lead and develop a multi-matrixed organization, strengthening the leadership bench and influencing performance, engagement, and development well beyond direct reports.

- Partner with senior leadership, Business Operations, Finance, and people teams to align portfolio priorities, talent, investment, and resources to growth objectives.

This Position Is a Perfect Fit for You If

- You enjoy shaping the future of healthcare media and customer engagement across complex client portfolios.

- You are comfortable serving as an executive advisor to senior pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences stakeholders.

- You balance strategic innovation, commercial performance, operational excellence, and people leadership.

- You are energized by creating new capabilities, expanding client relationships, and influencing organizational direction.

- You communicate a clear vision, secure alignment across diverse stakeholders, and build both immediate solutions and long-term resilience.

What You Should Have

- Extensive leadership experience across media strategy, client experience, integrated marketing, or omnichannel customer engagement, including significant work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences clients.

- Deep expertise across HCP, patient, caregiver, and DTC engagement, including integrated media, audience strategy, measurement, personalization, and performance optimization.

- Demonstrated success serving as an executive sponsor and growing high-value client portfolios through retention, organic expansion, cross-selling, and new business.

- Strong commercial and financial leadership experience spanning scopes of work, MSAs, budgets, revenue forecasting, margins, staffing, and portfolio economics.

- Proven ability to lead large, multi-matrixed teams and develop Directors, Group Directors, and other senior leaders.

- Executive-level presentation, negotiation, crisis management, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience shaping new capabilities, strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and enterprise-level client solutions.

- Ability to influence organizational direction and lead effectively across Strategy, Analytics, CRM, Activation, Creative, Technology, Business Operations, and Client Experience teams.
