Job description
We are looking for AI Linguistic Evaluators to assess how effectively an AI application performs in Marathi for a short collaboration.
- Job Type: Freelance
- Location: Remote from Canada
- Work Schedule: Flexible
- Start Date: Immediately
- Duration: Approximately 10-15 total hours (around 5 hours per day)
- Rate: 16 USD/hour
- Equipment Required: Access to at least one personal device running iOS, Android, Windows, or macOS

Join a remote AI project where you'll evaluate AI-generated content, assess linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, and help improve next-generation AI systems. Ideal for professionals with experience in linguistics, translation, interpretation, language teaching, writing, journalism, proofreading, content review, localization, or other language-focused fields.
What You’ll Do:
- Interacting with an AI assistant in your target language.
- Translating provided prompts from English into your target language and using them to interact with the AI application.
- Evaluating the quality of AI-generated responses according to project guidelines.
- Assessing localization quality, including linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness.
- Providing structured evaluations and feedback following the project instructions and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in Marathi
- Excellent command of grammar, spelling, linguistic nuances, and cultural context of the target language
- Ability to accurately translate prompts from English into the target language
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, or
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in language-related work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
- Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments
- Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback
